We offer enhanced paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave packages. Mothers get a years’ paid leave, where pay starts at 100% and is then staggered throughout the year. Fathers get up to eight weeks’ leave with full pay.

All employees have the potential for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of their salary.
